Table Translate Subscription Agreement

1. Services
Table Translate provides digital menu translation services on a subscription basis. Services will remain active for the duration of the selected billing period.

2. Subscription & Billing
By signing up for Table Translate services, the Customer agrees to: provide a valid debit or credit card for payment; authorize recurring monthly charges to that card; and ensure payment information remains current and valid. Payments will be billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for any reason, including early cancellation or non-use of services.

4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. If cancellation occurs during a billing cycle, the account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time. Service will terminate at the next billing date unless reactivated.

5. Payment Authorization & Notifications
Customer authorizes Table Translate to automatically charge the provided payment method on the billing due date. Table Translate will send a payment reminder notification at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charge. It is the Customer's responsibility to review notifications and ensure sufficient funds are available.

6. Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Table Translate may suspend or terminate services. Customer must update payment information to restore access.

7. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using Table Translate services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
