To the maximum extent permitted by law, Table Translate, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors, shall not be liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in translations
• Any damage (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) arising from use of the Service
• Allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or other health-related issues
• Any reliance on third-party content, including menus provided by restaurants

This limitation applies regardless of state, country, or jurisdiction.

Menus and information provided through the Service may come from restaurants or third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content.

All content, technology, software, and branding associated with Table Translate are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize any part of the Service without written permission.

2. Users accessing the Service from outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Users accessing the Service within the U.S. acknowledge that state-level food or tourism laws may differ and agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety.
